O’Neill Solutions Real Estate Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between O’Neill Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the user (“you” or “user”) for the use of the O’Neill Solutions website in connection with buying and selling real estate (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
